§  We will process your order once payment has been cleared in our bank account.  This can take up to 1 day

§  The order will be booked for collection by the courier. We will send you the tracking number that evening or the following morning. This could take up to 1 day and depends on courier’s schedule.

§  For any tracking enquiries or assistance with your delivery, please contact the courier directly with you waybill/tracking details and they will assist.

§  Ensure that your shipping address is correct so that your order is not lost.

§  Delivery with the courier takes 1 to 3 working days from the day it is sent, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer (up to 6 working days).

§  We only ship within South Africa and do not ship to P. O. Boxes

§  The cost of delivery is based on the order weight and your delivery address.
